SB 436: Solid Waste Collection Services

GENERAL BILL by Hargrett

Solid Waste Collection Services; provides requirements for local governments providing said services in competition with private companies; prohibits local governments from displacing private waste collection companies under certain circumstances; clarifies requirements for obtaining certain hazardous waste facility permits; revises local government registration fee for recovered materials dealers, etc. Amends Chs. 171, 403, 165.061.
