Optometry; provides that practice of optometry includes diagnosis, treatment, & management of diseases & conditions of human eye & its appendages; authorizes administration & prescription of pharmaceutical agents within scope & standards of optometric practice as established by board by rule & provides requirements with respect thereto; authorizes licensed practitioners to use mydriatics & cycloplegics for diagnostic purposes, etc. Amends Ch. 463.
