GENERAL BILL by Trovillion
Transportation; provides that rates of ninth-cent fuel tax on motor fuel & local option fuel tax on motor fuel shall be adjusted annually based on Consumer Price Index; provides for notification of tax rates by DOR; authorizes levy of said tax on motor fuel & diesel fuel by majority, rather than extraordinary, vote of county governing body; revises provisions which require levy of local option fuel tax on diesel fuel at rate of 6 cents in every county, etc. Amends FS.
