GENERAL BILL by Real Property & Probate ; Goodlette ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Gottlieb ; Bilirakis ; Constantine

Trusts/Perpetuities; revises certain criteria for application of rule against perpetuities to certain trusts; provides timing for contesting validity of trust; creates provision to govern evidence as to death or status in trust proceedings; provides for judicial & nonjudicial modifications of certain trusts under certain circumstances; provides for representation of certain persons in modification actions, etc. Amends Ch. 737, 689.225.
