TRUST FUND/GENERAL BILL by Fiscal Policy ; Casas
Trust Funds; exempts from termination or modifying specified trust funds administered by state general-government agencies; modifies purposes for which moneys in Legislative Lobbyist Registration Trust Fund may be used; revises provisions re funding of Department of Banking & Finance Tobacco Settlement Clearing Trust Fund & exemption of funds therein from general revenue service charge, etc. Amends FS.
Effective Date: 07/01/2000 except as otherwise provided
