GENERAL BILL by Morroni
Institutional Child Abuse; revises definition of "institutional child abuse or neglect" to include situations of abuse or neglect in which alleged perpetrator is employee of district school board; revises definition of "other person responsible for child's welfare" to include employee of district school board. Amends 39.01.
