GENERAL BILL by Health Care Licensing & Regulation ; Posey
Clinical Laboratory Services; provides additional ground for disciplinary action re failing to report certain violators; requires certain laboratories to be staffed by certain certified physicians; provides requirements for dermatopathology testing; requires clinical laboratories to report any incident of lost or misplaced specimens; revises ground for disciplinary actions against clinical laboratories, etc. Amends Ch. 483, 458.331, 459.015.
