GENERAL BILL by Turnbull ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Greenstein ; Chestnut ; Frankel ; Bullard ; Brown ; Jacobs ; Murman ; Lynn ; Wasserman Schultz
Foster Care Services; authorizes CFS Dept. to continue providing foster care services to certain individuals who are enrolled full-time in degree-granting program in postsecondary educational institution; specifies circumstances under which such services shall be terminated. Amends 409.145.
