GENERAL BILL by Fiscal Policy ; Children and Families ; Cowin
Child Welfare; provides for release of abuse hotlines recordings to specified persons & entities; provides circumstances in which officer or employee of judicial branch is not required to report child abuse, abandonment, or neglect; authorizes CFS Dept. to provide additional assistance for certain individuals leaving foster care; requires plan for streamlining foster parent training, etc. Amends Chs. 39, 409, 383.402, 784.085, 921.0022.
