Aggressive Careless Driving; prescribes acts that constitute offense of aggressive careless driving; provides increasingly severe penalties for first, second, & third or subsequent violations; provides for approval of driver improvement course with respect to aggressive careless driving violations; requires mandatory hearing for infraction of specified provision; provides for modification of traffic citation, etc. Amends 316.65, 322.27,.264, Ch. 318; creates 316.1923.
