Landlord & Tenant; revises amount of interest to be paid to tenant when security deposit or advance rent is held by landlord in separate interestbearing account; authorizes landlord to retain remaining interest; provides that interest payable to tenant shall be paid upon return of security deposit; increases threshold amount for abandoned property which may be retained or disposed of by landlord, etc. Amends 83.49,.67, 715.105,.106,.109.
