GENERAL BILL by Sebesta
Pretrial Detention & Release; provides additional factors for court to consider in establishing amount of bail & type of bond required of defendant; provides for counties to establish pretrial services program for purpose of screening persons arrested for crimes; authorizes court to include specified conditions of supervision for defendants in county that establishes pretrial services program, etc. Amends 907.041.
