Health Insurance/Contraceptive Drugs; creates "Equity in Prescription Insurance & Contraceptive Coverage Act"; requires certain health insurance policies & health maintenance contracts to provide coverage for prescription oral contraceptives; applies certain requirements for group coverage re prescription oral contraceptives to small employer carriers issuing health benefit plans, etc. Creates 627.64061,.65741; amends 627.6515,.6699, 641.31.
