Industrial Partnership Professorship; establishes industrial partnership professorship program within State University System; provides that certain professorships shall be established by contract; provides for contribution by sponsoring corporations; provides for credit against corporate income tax for contributions made by corporation sponsoring industrial partnership professorship; provides for reduction of credit, etc. Creates 220.192, 240.6065; amends 220.02,.13.
