Enterprise Zones; provides for change in boundaries of enterprise zone; provides limitations; exempts certain enterprise zones in Columbia Co. & Suwannee Co. from requirement that certain areas suffer from pervasive poverty, unemployment, & general distress; authorizes Tourism, Trade, & Economic Development Office to designate enterprise zones in certain counties & cities, etc. Amends 290.0065,.00691,.00692; creates 290.00694.00697.
