GENERAL BILL by Rossin
Judicial Nominating Commissions; requires appointing authorities to attempt to ensure that commissions' membership is representative of racial, ethnic, & gender diversity & geographic distribution of population within territorial jurisdiction of court; requires appointing authorities to attempt to ensure adequacy of representation of counties within judicial circuits. Amends 43.29.
