Ad Val Tax Exemptions/SS Numbers; repeals provisions which require inclusion of applicant's & applicant's spouse's social security numbers on applications for specified ad valorem tax exemptions, & on short form & renewal applications for such exemptions beginning with tax year 2000; removes requirement that assessment rolls include such numbers; provides applicability, etc. Repeals 196.011(1)(b),(11); amends 193.114,.1142.
