Marine Resources/Illegal Acts; provides for fees & equitable rent re stone crabs; waives trap retrieval fees for first five stone crab traps retrieved; provides that noncommercial trawling in St. Johns River must be authorized by Fish & Wildlife Conservation Commission; provides for multiple violations involving harvesting of shrimp from prohibited areas; provides penalties for illegal buying & selling of saltwater products, etc. Amends Ch. 370. APPROPRIATION: $481,457.
