CS/SB 800: Supervision Violations Trust Fund
GENERAL BILL by Criminal Justice ; Brown-Waite
Supervision Violations Trust Fund; provides for portion of amount paid by released felony offender to cover costs of his or her supervision to be deposited into County Reimbursement for Supervision Violations Trust Fund; creates trust fund; provides for administration by DOR; requires DOC to work with DOR & Comptroller to develop affidavit for counties to use when applying for reimbursement; directs DOR to establish reimbursement payment scale, etc. Amends 948.09.
