Expert Witnesses/Medical Negligence; provides requirements for expert witness testimony in actions based on medical negligence; requires claimants to provide list of treating physicians; provides for presuit unsworn statements of physicians; provides for unsworn statements after service of complaint upon defendant physician; allows unsworn statements for good cause shown. Amends 766.102,.106, 455.667.
