Mortgage Guaranty Insurance/Surplus; revises minimum surplus requirements for mortgage guaranty insurers; revises limits on total liability & exposure to losses for such insurers; requires audited financial reports required pursuant to certain provision to include certain information; authorizes DOI to take certain actions against mortgage guaranty insurer that is not in compliance. Amends 624.408, 635.042.
