Jacksonville/St. Johns River Park; amends specified provisions to permit limited number of former employees of JEA who go to work for St. Johns River Power Park to have option of staying in 1937 Employees' Pension Fund of City of Jacksonville or joining St. Johns River Power Park retirement plan; permits limited number of former employees of said park who go to work for JEA to have option of staying in said park retirement plan or joining 1937 Employees' Pension Fund of Jacksonville.
