Child Pornography/Computers; defines "child pornography"; requires any person who knows, or has reasonable cause to believe, that computer contains images of child pornography or evidence of violations of certain provisions of "Computer Pornography & Child Exploitation Prevention Act of 1986," to report such knowledge or belief to FDLE; provides immunity from civil liability for persons making disclosures in compliance with act, etc. Amends 847.001,.0135.
