Sanibel Fire & Rescue District; (Lee Co.) provides legislative intent; re-creates & reenacts independent fire control & rescue district in said county; renames district; fixes boundaries of district; provides for governing body; provides powers, budget, & taxing authority of district; requires development of plan; provides severability; repeals specified provisions re district; provides that this act shall take precedence over any conflicting law to extent of such conflict.
