Driver's License Requirements; authorizes release of personally identifiable information from educational records to HSMV & Juvenile Justice Dept. for purposes of implementing provisions of specified provision; provides legislative intent re driver's license attendance requirements; requires juveniles to be under jurisdiction of Juvenile Justice Dept. for purposes of this section. Amends 228.093, 322.091.
