CS/SB 936: Elder Assistance Centers
GENERAL BILL by Judiciary ; Laurent
Elder Assistance Centers; authorizes chief judge in Tenth, Twelfth, & Thirteenth Judicial Circuits to create elder assistance center for certain purposes; establishes duties; provides appropriation to establish pilot programs in such circuits for such purposes; provides reporting requirements; requires said centers to conduct surveys for certain purposes. Creates 26.59. APPROPRIATION: $1,050,000.
