Prescription Affordability Act; creates pharmaceutical expense assistance program; prescribes duties of AHCA & other entities; prescribes prerequisites that drug manufacturers must meet in order for their drug products to be covered under program or Medicaid; requires reimbursements under program to be same as those for Medicaid; requires pharmacies that participate in program or in Medicaid to agree to limitations on compensation for Medicare beneficiaries, etc. APPROPRIATION: $15,250,000.
