Enterprise Zones; extends deadline for creation of satellite enterprise zone by certain municipalities; provides for change in boundaries of enterprise zone; provides limitations; exempts certain enterprise zones in Columbia Co. & Suwannee Co. from requirement that areas suffer from pervasive poverty, unemployment, & general distress, etc. Amends 290.0065,.00691,.00692; creates 290.00694-.00697.
