Library District; provides for codification of special laws re special districts pursuant to provisions re said district, a dependent special taxing district in Palm Beach County; amends, codifies, & repeals specified provisions; ratifies & confirms creation & establishment of said district; provides for library advisory board; provides operating rules & procedures; provides for title of library to be in county; provides for county library fund, etc.
