Florida Statutes; transfers sections that comprise part II of chapter 455, pertaining to regulation of health-related professions, to chapter 456; transfers sections that comprise present chapter 456, pertaining to hypnosis, to new chapter 485; amends various provisions to correct cross-references to conform Florida Statutes to such transfer. Amends FS.
