GENERAL BILL by Betancourt
Cargo Theft; amends provision to conform; provides additional definitions; specifies felony penalties for theft of certain cargo; provides for minimum mandatory sentences for cargo theft under certain circumstances; revises offense severity ranking chart to conform; reenacts provision to conform. Amends 550.6305, 812.012,.014, 921.0022; reenacts 538.23.
