CPA/Null & Void License/Reinstate; provides for reinstatement of individual whose license has become null & void because of failure to comply with reactivation requirements due to illness or unusual hardship; provides for reinstatement standards; provides for immediate suspension of licensee who fails to comply with terms & conditions of final disciplinary order. Amends 473.313,.323.
