GENERAL BILL by Campbell
Motor Vehicle Insurance; modifies limits required for proof of financial responsibility for bodily injury; prescribes methods of providing financial responsibility for bodily injury or death; provides criminal penalty for making false claims against insurance policy issued under specified provisions; requires insurers to pay bodily injury liability protection benefits for specified injuries, etc. Amends Chs. 324, 627.
