GENERAL BILL by Transportation ; Villalobos
Motor Vehicle Dealer/Franchises; amends procedures to be followed when complaint of unfair cancellation of dealer agreement has been made by motor vehicle dealer against licensee; provides procedures re discontinuations, cancellations, nonrenewals, modifications, & replacements of franchise agreements; amends provisions re restrictions upon licensee's owning dealership; provides for dealer development arrangements, etc. Amends Ch. 320.
