GENERAL BILL by Health, Aging and Long-Term Care ; Latvala

Access to Medical Treatment Act; creates said act; authorizes licensed physician to treat individual for life-threatening illness or condition by means of investigational medical treatment authorized by individual or individual's legal representative; specifies acts & disclosures that are required before physician may provide such treatment; provides that act does not modify scope of practice or provisions of practice act of licensees, etc.
