GENERAL BILL by Sebesta

Education; revises policy & guiding principles of Legislature re education governance; revises timeframe for education governance reorganization; creates Council for Education Policy Research & Improvement; establishes Education Reorganization Workgroup to direct & oversee reorganization of DOE; revises name of Fla. On-Line High School to Fla. Virtual High School; adds New College of Fla. in Sarasota Co. to State University System, etc. Amends FS.
