Managed Care Accountability Act; creates "Managed Care Organization Accountability Act of 2001"; provides liability of managed care entity for certain damages for harm to insured or enrollee; provides certain defenses to action against managed care entity; prohibits such entities from seeking indemnity from providers for liability provided under act; provides that certain waivers are void & unenforceable, etc.
