School Employees/Unused Sick Leave; limits amount of pay certain employees of district school systems may receive for unused sick leave & unused vacation leave upon termination of employment; provides conditions on use of sick leave; limits amount of pay certain employees of community college districts may receive for unused sick leave upon termination of employment; provides conditions on use of sick leave, etc. Amends 231.40,.481, 240.343.
