Economic Development; revises certain procedures & conditions re sales tax exemption for enterprise-zone building materials & business property; provides for reduction or waiver of certain financial match requirements in rural areas by Rural Economic Development Initiative agencies & organizations; revises eligibility, application, & administrative requirements of community contribution corporation income tax credit program, etc. Amends FS. APPROPRIATION: $225,000.
