GENERAL BILL by Finance and Taxation ; Commerce and Economic Opportunities ; Brown-Waite
Enterprise Zones; authorizes Tourism, Trade, & Economic Development Office to designate enterprise zone within an area of Hernando County or of Hernando County & City of Brooksville jointly; authorizes Office of Tourism, Trade, & Economic Development to designate enterprise zone in Holmes, Calhoun, Okaloosa, & Sarasota counties; provides for designation of specified area within Hillsborough Co. as enterprise zone, etc. Amends FS.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
