Enterprise Zones; authorizes said office to designate enterprise zone in Sarasota Co.; removes December 31, 1999, deadline for creation of satellite enterprise zones by certain municipalities & authorizes creation of such zones effective retroactively to that date; provides for designation of specified area within Hillsborough Co. as enterprise zone, etc. Creates 290.00694; amends 290.00555.
