GENERAL BILL by Cantens ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Murman

Water Resources; allows certain alternative water supply facilities to recover cost of such facilities through rate structures; authorizes water mgmt. districts to solicit donations; authorizes water mgmt. districts to lease certain personal property; provides for membership on Manasota Basin Board & for resolution of tie votes; provides child-adoption monetary benefits to water management district employees, etc. Amends FS. APPROPRIATION: $1,000,000.
