Electrical/Alarm System Contracting; revises membership of Electrical Contractors' Licensing Board; provides rulemaking authority to board to implement local certification licensure category; requires board to employ staff sufficient to ensure uniform & prompt regulation of electrical & alarm system contracting; revises & provides fees; requires persons desiring to engage in said contracting in state to be certified, etc. Amends Ch. 489, 205.194.
Effective Date: 10/01/2001 except as otherwise provided
