GENERAL BILL by Insurance ; Farkas ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Lynn

Limited Benefit Policies/Contracts; provides for pilot program for health flex plans for certain uninsured persons; provides requirements for denial, nonrenewal, or cancellation of coverage; requires Insurance Commissioner to appoint health benefit plan committee to modify standard, basic, & limited health benefit plans; revises disclosure that carrier must make to small employer upon offering certain policies, etc. Amends 627.6699. APPROPRIATION: $1,638,330.
