CS/SB 1256: Nursing Education
GENERAL BILL by Health, Aging and Long-Term Care ; Campbell
Nursing Education; prohibits Board of Nursing from developing any rule re faculty/student clinical ratios until specified time; requires Board of Nursing & DOE to submit to Legislature implementation plan detailing impact & cost of any such proposed rule change; includes nursing homes, family practice teaching hospitals & specialty children's hospitals as facilities eligible under Nursing Student Loan Forgiveness Program, etc. Amends 240.4075,.4076.
