GENERAL BILL by Comprehensive Planning, Local and Military Affairs ; Natural Resources ; Brown-Waite
Xeriscape/Irrigation Wells; redefines term "Xeriscape"; prohibits certain restrictions on practice of Xeriscape or construction of irrigation wells; provides for operation & maintenance of rain sensor devices; prohibits homeowners' associations from restricting practice of Xeriscape or construction of irrigation wells. Amends 125.568, 166.048, 255.259, 335.167, 373.185,.62, 720.3075.
