CS/CS/SB 1282: Property Crimes

GENERAL BILL by Commerce and Economic Opportunities ; Criminal Justice ; Burt ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Horne

Property Crimes; provides second-degree felony penalties for theft of certain emergency medical equipment & theft of certain cargo; provides third-degree felony penalty for certain commission of retail theft; provides criminal penalties for dealing in stolen property by use of Internet; prohibits forging check or draft or possessing or passing forged check or draft, etc. Amends Chs. 812, 831, 832.05, 921.0022; creates 817.625.
