Mining Activities/State Fire Marshal; deletes provisions authorizing State Fire Marshal to adopt standards for use of explosives in conjunction with mining of construction materials; deletes provisions authorizing State Fire Marshall to establish statewide ground-vibration limits for mining of construction materials; eliminates authority of said Marshal to delegate certain monitoring & enforcement duties. Repeals 552.30.
