Nursing Homes; defines "isolated deficiency"; provides additional grounds for action by Health Care Administration Agency against licensee; specifies minimum staffing requirements for nursing homes; requires documentation & daily posting of staff on duty; revises provisions re classification of deficient practices; revises penalties; provides penalties for isolated deficiencies; corrects cross reference. Amends 400.021,.102,.23, 397.405.
