Pari-Mutuel Wagering; requires dogracing permitholders to provide greyhound adoption booth at each dogracing facility in state; defines term "bona fide organization that promotes or encourages adoption of greyhounds"; revises requirements for operation of cardrooms by thoroughbred racing permitholders; revises requirements for operation of cardrooms; provides requirements for licensure of certain permitholders, etc. Amends 550.1647,.5251, 849.086.
